These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tk1917 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses set out in this document.
Before reading the full document, the following six principles summarise the most important obligations and protections that apply to all tk1917 players.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the tk1917 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tk1917 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension. Bonus funds and winnings earned through duplicate accounts are void and will be forfeited.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals require a fully verified account with completed KYC documentation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions as specified at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
Any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, engage in collusion, or commit payment fraud will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
tk1917 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, request cooling-off periods, or apply for self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the tk1917 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all activities conducted through your Account, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, e-sports wagering, live dealer games, and any promotional activity.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. However, note that shared use of a single Account is prohibited under Section 4.
2.4 tk1917 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the tk1917 Platform. tk1917 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.2 tk1917 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts where the Player cannot substantiate their age will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account held by a person under 18 will be forfeited.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. tk1917 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
3.4 You must not be employed by, or closely related to any employee of, tk1917 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, unless written permission has been granted by tk1917 management.
4.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
4.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the tk1917 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. tk1917 will suspend all duplicate Accounts upon detection, and any Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security details with any other person. tk1917 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.4 You must notify tk1917 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
5.1 tk1917 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before withdrawals are approved.
5.2 KYC verification requires submission of at least the following documents:
5.3 Documents must be legible and unexpired. tk1917 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if required for compliance purposes.
5.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the withholding of the requested funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.5 All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with tk1917's Privacy Policy and is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
6.1 All deposits to your tk1917 Account must be made using one of the approved payment methods listed on the Platform. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tk1917 may update the list of approved payment methods at any time.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by individual payment providers may apply.
6.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. tk1917 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from a payment source not matching the Account holder's verified identity will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.4 tk1917 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which tk1917 bears no responsibility.
6.5 All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits received in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with any conversion costs borne by the Player.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 5.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the tk1917 support team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.4 tk1917 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 90 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for verified accounts. Processing times for card-based withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the policies of the relevant card network.
7.5 tk1917 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such reviews, the processing of the affected withdrawal may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
7.6 Only funds that constitute a Real Money Balance are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
8.1 tk1917 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Bonus Balance (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
8.3 Validity Period. Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issue. Unused bonus funds that expire will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
8.4 Game Restrictions. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. A full breakdown of game contribution rates will be provided in the relevant promotion terms.
8.5 tk1917 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not unfairly penalise Players who are mid-way through satisfying wagering requirements in good faith.
8.6 Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive behaviour will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential Account suspension.
9.1 All casino games available on the tk1917 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with the rules published within the game interface and the certification standards of the supplying studio.
9.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. RNG outputs are audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability. tk1917 does not alter or interfere with RNG outcomes.
9.3 In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome as recorded by the game server will be treated as the definitive result. If a round cannot be completed due to a server-side fault attributable to tk1917, the stake for that round will be refunded to the Player's account.
9.4 Game outcomes are final once a round has been settled by the game server. tk1917 will not reverse settled game results except in cases of demonstrable software error, which will be investigated by the relevant game studio and resolved in accordance with their certification standards.
9.5 Players are responsible for understanding the rules, return-to-player ("RTP") percentages, and volatility levels of the games they choose to play. This information is available within each game's help section.
10.1 All sports bets placed on the tk1917 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
10.2 Bet Acceptance. tk1917 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been incorrectly priced due to system error. Bets accepted in error due to manifest pricing mistakes may be voided by tk1917.
10.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the Player.
10.4 Cricket Betting. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC matches, and Bangladesh national team fixtures, the following general rules apply: a match must progress to the scheduled completion (or a predetermined minimum number of overs, as specified per market) for bets to stand. Rain interruptions, match abandonment, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments are handled per the specific market rules published on the Platform.
10.5 tk1917 will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of betting odds, market rules, or settlement timelines. Players are advised to review market rules before placing wagers.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1917 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
12.1 tk1917 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held securely and will be returned if the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, minus any amounts determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.
12.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.4 Accounts that are closed at the Player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be treated in accordance with tk1917's Responsible Gaming Policy.
13.1 tk1917 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
13.2 Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact the tk1917 support team at [email protected] for guidance.
13.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and will remain in effect for the period requested by the Player (minimum 6 months). During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened.

14.1 All content on the tk1917 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "tk1917", the Platform logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of tk1917 or its licensed content providers.
14.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from tk1917.
14.3 All trademarks and service marks used in connection with the tk1917 Platform are the property of their respective owners. Game studio names including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are registered trademarks of their respective entities.
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1917 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
15.2 tk1917 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond tk1917's reasonable control.
15.3 tk1917's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tk1917's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16.1 tk1917 collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
16.2 tk1917 uses Player data for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and (where consent has been given) promotional communications. tk1917 does not sell Player data to unrelated third parties.
16.3 Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection obligations and may be subject to retention requirements imposed by law or regulation.
17.1 tk1917 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk1917 will endeavour to notify Players via the email address registered on their Account or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.
17.2 The revised Terms will take effect from the date published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
17.3 If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 12.3. Your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with that section.
18.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk1917 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these Terms are drafted to reflect that context.
18.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the tk1917 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
18.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm prior to the completion of arbitration.
